Where is Americans voice?

Let's chat to make our govenment change.

When is America going to stand up and be heard? Americans have chat rooms and have built connections with others and have the ability to pull their relationship together and get their message to Congress. We are sick of the irresponsibility of our government for Americans. A Non-action government is not doing the job we sent them to do. They said they would work for us if elected. I say several of our Congress representatives need to be reminded of their promise and then we go vote. We did not send them to help their buddies on Wall Street. They need to remember what they told us and finally stand up and do what is right for Americans. Since we are having to take on the burden of this bail out why can't we be given a cap on interest rate caps? Letting the credit card companies continue their behavior of doing what they want and when they want should not be allowed to be done to the back bone of Americans. Government connecting with the American people is a must. The government giving each of us more debit for their buddies for mishandling their companies without a say is not the American way without a say. Isn't this the same as "taxation without representation"? We need to start stopping these behaviors by businesses and start having government to start putting Americans first!

This is an interesting thought to think about when your friend says to you "Oh I was in a room looking for a friend of mine". Is your friend looking for a friend or are they searching for a new chatroom friend? These are things that you might want to know if they are starting to have unusual behavior. If they want to go out of town for a few days by their self, if they go some where they never had an interest in before, if they want to go out during the week when they are usually in bed by 10:00pm. They return from their night out during the week at 1:00am. You might want to have a friendly talk with them. Safety should always be on the top of everyones list when a friend you care about. Why is it we refer to adult chat services (rooms) instead of social chats? The people that I know are either not interested in a dating chat or adult chat rooms. They are just looking to chat with someone and not looking for someone. I understand that some people under eighteen years of age should not be in some chat rooms but there should be one that families and friends could go and chat to each other. Are Adult Chat Rooms Really What They're Cracked up to Be?

Each day millions of people log on to yak in adult chat rooms, but I pose this question, are they really worth it? Are adult chat rooms really what they are cracked up to be? I personally have spent a few hours here and there in the ever so popular Yahoo adult chat rooms and guess what—totally annoying and I will tell you why. Sure, I will admit that some of them are decent, but there are two things that really ruin the experience in Yahoo adult chat rooms: single guys who have nothing better to do than be rude and annoying and pestering; and bot programs that try an instant message the crap out of your with links to off site adult content related web sites. So therein lays the problem—if adult chat rooms could better regulate the bots at least—the men aside—they would be far better of an experience for the users. Personally I have trouble chatting when a bot messages me every minute or so—how do these bots get into these rooms when there are all sorts of preventative measures in place? At any rate—adult chat rooms can be fun—if you can stomach the haters and the bots.

A long time ago when I was a teenager and going through my socially awkward phase, I got into playing games online that were all about roleplaying and that stuff. As much as I hate to admit it - I was a real nerd. I think we all go through those phases, however, and it's fun to sometimes think back to them and see where you are now.

Back then, using AOL chat was the number one way to communicate on games like that - especially if you loved logging on with your friends and coordinating stuff like wars or hits, or other player versus player conflicts. Whatever it was, AOL chat was there to make it easy to coordinate.

Today, I hardly log into my AOL chat - which is sad because I had a lot of friends. It really was amazing in my hay day when I had friends from England, the east coast, Canada and all over the place. Just like everyone else, AOL chat was a huge part of my life and helped me to connect to many people all across the world that I would have never had the pleasure of meeting otherwise.
